Job Description

You will attend to day-to-day operations for IT products. The objective is to resolve issues and technical queries from staff, banks and corporate partners, according to the SLAs. 
 

Responsibilities

To on-board channel partners to the payment gateway, and resolve production issues
To improve customer support levels via alternative methodologies and technologies
Co-ordinate regression testing with the banks based on planned schedules published by the banks
Work with support crew to resolve problems
Manage stakeholders
Perform functional testing
Provides pre-sales support
Assess and analyze partner requirement, and synthesize solution
 
 

Requirements

Client management experience highly advantageous
Understanding of web based programming languages & technologies, eg Java and mobile environment
Understanding of similiarities and differences amongst Windows, Unix and Android OS, and various internet and mobile browsers
Understanding of database systems Ability to construct simple SQL statements advantageous
Programming knowledge/experience advantageous
